First Impressions:
Had this for a few months and was reminded of it lately – what with the Christmas holidays approaching & the festive mood peaking. I am generally more of a Color Show fan, but this was the only Maybelline range including a golden nail polish at a time when I was looking to dress up as… Cleopatra (!), so I picked it up (& didn’t regret it). The color is easy to apply, dries quickly & has great lasting power (I’ve had it last up to 12 days). Also, the metallic shade is such that minor chips are very difficult to detect. You can easily apply a single coat, but I use two – for the result pictured here. One minus: this tends to form tiny air bubbles, so keep that in mind when applying and take the necessary precautions.
