Upcoming Guest Post Collab

I recently joined a group of fashion, beauty and lifestyle bloggers on Facebook and am happy to say I’ve already ‘met’ quite a few lovely people and found a number of interesting new blogs to follow. One of those people (& blogs) is Danielle Alinia from ‘Danielle Did What?’. Her blog is so well-rounded & interesting – I loved it immediately (& highly recommend it, especially if you’re interested in reading more than just beauty news and features – i.e. photography, books, cooking, fitness etc.)! Given the above it should come as no surprise that when I saw a post of hers, asking for blog submissions for consideration re: a guest interview feature she was planning, I answered immediately. To cut a long story short, Danielle and I have now scheduled a little blog collab: I’ll do the ‘Hot Seat’ interview feature for her blog and she’ll do a ‘Blogger Focus’ feature for mine. Liebster Love…

Back in April, I was kindly nominated for a Liebster Award by Polly from the amazing Happily Polly (thanks, sweetie, for enjoying Lifestyle Counter enough to nominate me). Ever since then, not a day has gone by when I didn’t think about how I needed to do this post. That said, I was actually quite daunted by the sheer effort required to adhere to the rules set… which is kind of why it turned (past) mid- May by the time I got around to actually tackling it… Anyhow, let me start by answering the eleven questions posed by Polly: 1. New Year, New Color: Radiant Orchid Tweaks

Just a quick, blogging related note, to point out the fact that I have slightly tweaked Lifestyle Counter – colorwise. I’m hoping for/ working towards more significant changes to the site, but thought I’d start by changing the small stuff. So… What do you think of my Radiant Orchid (Pantone’s Color of the Year 2014) colored theme? Love it? Hate it? Can you even tell the difference?
