It’s Beginning to Look a Lot like Christmas…

Today is gonna be one of those ‘an image equals a thousand words’ days. The Christmas spirit was late getting to me this year but… it’s finally here! So, for this post I thought I’d do a little holiday collage. And just because all good things come in threes (or that’s what they say anyway, isn’t it?) there’s gonna be three little digital bundles of good cheer (or plain old inspiration for those who, like me, where ridicilously late getting with it this year)… The first one comes in chic white, silver & gold: The second one in all- time Christmass-y red and white: And the final one, in more vibrant hues – for the die- hard color lovers out there: HO HO HO… Merry Christmas you guys! Have a wonderful, dazzlingly happy holiday!

Paddy & Nico…

In another one of my random posts (#ASmileADay), I wanted to share something which I happened to bump into a couple of minutes ago. Not sure if this particular piece of news managed to make its way over to your corner of the globe (after all, it did mine) but if not, do give it a few minutes of your time. That said, I was actually quite daunted by the sheer effort required to adhere to the rules set… which is kind of why it turned (past) mid- May by the time I got around to actually tackling it… Anyhow, let me start by answering the eleven questions posed by Polly: 1. In one sentence, sum up why you blog I started keeping a blog (in the form of a personal diary) back in 2003 as a means of keeping in touch with family/ friends and have stayed the course through the years (albeit with a clear shift of focus) mainly because I find it constitutes a great creative outlet, as well as an opportunity to “meet” and make connections with people from all over the globe. …

Android App Alert

Just a quick post to let all of you guys know that, as of 12 days ago, Polyvore is finally available on Android! I only realised today when, upon visiting the website (from my tablet) I was prompted to visit Goggle Play and download the app. So, heads up: if you are anything like me and frequently use the service to create collages for your blog – you’ll rejoice at the news!
