I’ve always thought that Accessorize offers chic & fashionable bag options for every season and a recent visit to their store only served to confirm that. Their spring collection is just lovely and amongst all the beautiful & colorful designs I spotted this little gem. The eco- friendly ‘Georgia’ features a contemporary winged design, with carry handles, an optional cross-body strap and two interior compartments and comes in four colors (coral, green, lilac & navy). I’m personally in love with the lilac version and (at £32 = app. 39€) will certainly be picking it up before it sells out (as I’m sure it will, sooner rather than later). For those who prefer online shopping the particular model is available via the Accessorize website (which now ships to over 100 countries).

Ones to Watch: Urania Gazelli

In continuing with the theme of presenting inspiring, young  Greek creatives today’s post will be dedicated to the talented Urania Giourmetaki (aka Urania Gazelli). With studies in industrial design and a bachelor from Middlesex University of London, the 28 year old Urania started playing around with plexiglass in an effort to put a spin on the family business and ended up founding her own bag label in the spring of 2010. She has since managed to gain great numbers of dedicated fans – as well as the attention of the Italian Vogue team & Anna Wintour who, in choosing the most talented new designers, invited her to Milan back in September 2013. All pieces are lovingly hand- crafted by Urania herself (at present, as she says, her business is  “a one-woman-show”) at the family factory in Koropi, Greece and sold online via  “More is Love”. High- Tech Animal Hugs

If I have to be honest, it’s been quite some time since I have last owned an iPhone (since before the iPhone4 release, to be precise). I am more of an HTC fan these days (at least until something comes along by Samsung that does not feel like flimsy, crumble-in-your-hands designer plastic to me). That said, I recently found myself wishing I still had an iPhone – if only to be able to make use of these amazingly cute & girly, protective cases by Moschino. My heart literally skipped a bit when I first saw them – especially the little bunny one (I know, I know… but the child in me refuses to be silenced!).
