Yves Saint Laurent’s getting ready to launch its gorgeous Spring 2014 makeup range, inspired by “an arm full of roses, peonies, crocuses, hyacinths and irises”. As evident from the above shot, Cara Delevingne (model, it-girl and brand ambassador) is set to be the face of the campaign. Here’s what the upcoming collection will include (& what I am currently absolutely in love with): Limited edition, Pivoine Crush Ombrés 5 Lumières Eye Palette (in shades of fuchsia, pink, coral, black cherry and shimmery champagne). Rosy Blush Collector Face Palette (a limited edition blush and highlighter, incorporating a matte and an iridescent shade of pink). A couple of days ago I was talking about how I should really stop obsessing over (and spending money on) make-up. Lately, I find myself thinking this obsession with makeup has to end… But, with Christmas rapidly approaching and all the different, gorgeous holiday makeup collections popping up in stores like mushrooms… well, I don’t really think it will – at least not anytime soon.
